Workshop Theatre is happy to at last make available ticket purchases and member ticket reservations online. When you follow the link at the bottom of this page, you will be taken to a secure page where you can make your ticket reservations and pay confidently by credit card using PayPal.
To keep our database of customers and members both accurate and free of duplicate information, we ask that you create a user profile and use it every time you access this part of our website.
When you create your profile, we will ask for your name, address, phone number and a user-created password. The program will then try to match your information against what we have on file. Unfortunately, it is very easy to get a mismatch! You may be on file as a couple rather than a single, your address or phone number may have changed, or we may simply have some incorrect information.
If you don’t get a match, we ask that you please call us! We can check our files to identify the inconsistency and fix it immediately. You only need do this once, so please don’t be deterred!
Other information regarding creation of your profile:
Phone numbers should be entered using the following format: xxx-xxx-xxxx.
If you do not use this format, the program will accept your number, but you will not get a match (assuming you are a regular customer of Workshop Theatre and are in our database).
Do not use the character "#" when entering your address.
Ticket sales have limited time periods. Tickets are only available for a show beginning nine days prior to opening day for Workshop Theatre members and four days prior to opening day for the general public.
Ticket sales begin at noon on the first day of sale. After that, they are available online 24 hours per day up until 5:00 p.m. on the day of the show.
There is a minimum service fee of $1 or 5% of the total purchase amount. This fee helps to pay the system maintenance costs. There is no charge for season ticket holders making reservations using season tickets.
If you reserve more than one ticket, remember to click the "Print All" option in the pop-up box after clicking the printer icon. Otherwise, you will only print the first ticket. If for some reason you are not able to print your tickets, we can do it for you at the theatre. Just give us a call before the night of your reservation.
You can also use this process to make donations to Workshop Theatre and to purchase season memberships. Please note that member purchases made after January 1, 2008, will be applied to the 2008-2009 Season and will not be available for use until September 2008.
